On March 23, 2017, the FDA inspector solemnly announced that Shandong Qifa Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. will conduct a zero-defect on-site inspection! This is the 5th FDA inspection in the history of Qifa Pharmaceutical, and the 3rd time with zero defects.
This inspection involves material management, production management, quality management, laboratory management, packaging, and labeling systems. During the process, on-site and document inspections are interspersed, and high speed is required in terms of data provision.
